Lasagne

Lasagne are made by thin layers of egg-based pasta. They used to be cut in rought squares ("lozenges", from which the name "lasagne") that, once cooked, are arranged in several layers with different ingredients, depending on the local tradition.
I offer three kind of lasagne: 1) traditional, with meat sauce, bechamel and parmesan, 2) without meat (only tomato sauce), 3) vegetable (with pesto sauce, corgette or mushrooms).
Upon request, gluten free lasagne are available
